Peanut Butter Banana Bars

A sweet snack that's deceptively healthy!

  • 3 large bananas very ripe
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts and/or seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Spray a baking pan and spread mixture into an even layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minute until lightly golden. Cool for 15 minutes and cut into squares. Then allow to cool for another hour before removing them from the pan.
