Peanut Butter Banana Bars
A sweet snack that's deceptively healthy!
- 3 large bananas very ripe
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts and/or seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Spray a baking pan and spread mixture into an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minute until lightly golden. Cool for 15 minutes and cut into squares. Then allow to cool for another hour before removing them from the pan.
