Honey Garlic Chicken

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts (or breasts)
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • t tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (or a fresh sprig)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced


  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and herbs until well blended.
  • Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray and add chicken. Pour the sauce mixture over it and sprinkle black pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and return to cooking liquid.
